Dead Poets Society

I saw this film last week. it was really full of basic and deep concepts who were propounded by a non conservative teacher. The concepts that human kind skip them cause of routine life, cause of donkeyworks.
how many of us think that the world can be seen from numerous angles. how many of us think that Reality is not exactly what we feel about it, or do you think that may be you are in absolutly wrong thoughts from start.

I think we must try to examine and test or at least consider other views to the concepts in the world. we have to obey the real rules in the world not the artificial ones.

one sentence from the film:
"I always thought the idea of educating
was to learn to think for yourself
."

Are you think so?

Earth's Choicemaker

I have recieved a mail with subject Earth's Choicemaker about human liberty and freedom, take alook at some part of it:
"Many of us agree that 'ideas' represents an anemic effort by the
U.S. in dealing with Iran and other Middle East countries - and a
few others. Pushing a concept of 'democracy' is rightly perceived
as merely 'political,' not foundational, and thus unacceptable under
their philosophical and religious criteria. It appears shallow
compared to America's true potential offering to the world out of
our unique founding and creative-growth values and inventive
experience.

The definitive in human nature is the individual ability to make
choices. (Is there any other kind of human? 'Groups' are verbal con-
veniences - not Reality.) ALL humans share in this true depiction of
our nature. The human being is earth's choice-maker.

Such a valid assertion undercuts every man-made alien opinion and is
verified everywhere on planet Earth - daily. Thus, nature itself has
laid the foundation for every human relationship, institution, and
social act. After all, the creative process is a choice-making
process and functions best in an environment of opportunity - Freedom.

What are our leaders waiting for? Mr. Jefferson's statement, "all men
are endowed by their Creator with...Liberty" says the same thing.
(Liberty is internal - the ability to choose. Freedom is external -
the opportunity to choose
.)

As I taught my 5th Graders for over 30 years, it is as natural a
requisite for Earth's choice-maker to need Freedom as for a gold-
fish to require water!

Dr Ali Shariati

Today is the 26th anniversary of Dr Ali Shariati's passing. He was a great teacher for new generation of doctrine about Isalam and religion.
He was graduted in sociology in 1964 from Sorbonne University. you can read more about his here.

Dr. Shariati studied and experienced many philosophical, theological and social schools of thought with an Islamic view. One could say that he was a Muslim Muhajir who rose from the depth of the ocean of eastern mysticism, ascended to the heights of the formidable mountains of western social sciences, yet was not overwhelmed, and he returned to our midst with all the jewels of this fantastic voyage.

Dr. Shariati constantly fought to create humanitarian values in the young generation, a generation whose values have been defaced with the help of the most scientific and technical methods.

Dr. Shariati wrote many books. In all his writings, he tried to present a clear and genuine picture of Islam. He strongly believed that if the intellectual and new generation realized the truth of this faith, attempts toward social change would be successful.

He was martyred on June 19, 1977 but his doctrine and his voice still is live and effective.

Read here a quotation from him:

"Each religion, school of thought, movement or revolution is made of two elements: wisdom and love. One is light and the other motion. One gives common sense and understanding, the other, strength, enthusiasm and motion. Each is nothing without the other. In a society, a movement of thought or a revolutionary school of thought, men of letters who are clear thinkers, aware and responsible, show through their works, that there is a way to come to know a school of thought or a religion. They show that there is a way to give awareness to the people. The responsibility of the people, on the other hand, is to give their spirits and their strength to a movement. They are responsible for giving the starting push. A movement is like a body. It thinks with the brain of its scholars and gives love through the hearts of its poeple. If faith, sincerity, love and sacrifice are at a minimum in a society, people are responsible. But where correct understanding of a school of thought is at minimum, where vision, awareness, logical consciousness, deep familiarity with the goals of a school of thought are lacking, where the meaning, purpose and truths of a school of thought are missing, the scholars are responsible. Religion, in particular, needs both since religion is a type of lovers consciouness or love of consciousness. In religion, knowledge and feelings are not treated as separate entities because they are transformed into understanding and faith by means of common sense and the coming to know something.

Lost

Insomuch that i seek her in the sky, star by star, i became skyey and far away from the earth and earthy. it was said to meet each other , but where is the tryst?
It seems she vanish as if she never born,as if she never come, it seems just a dream.
It was happiness and hope ,The memento of ever comming , it was an energetic smile, the gift of ever meeting, so where is that smile? where is that ?

I'll wait , wait for you because i don't know anything else.
I close my eyes, may be hearing her steps and feeling a familiar vibration in depth of my entity.
I'll shut in myself in a virgin wood till your comming, trying on cows bell and i'll grow a rose on my wet cheek to aromatize your comming path.

I will wait.

Have you ever think about the wishes of human kind these days, they most want to make every thing comes back to it's original shap and state, they want an earth without maps, they want the nature in it's logical cycle, they want to believe in metaphysics and ..., really one day all of the today wishes existed but we changed it and think those are development and success, now we want to change it back to it's basic shape, actually we are stange species but we must notice that some things are not irreversible like breaking heart of the nature!

The English Patient

Have you seen the great nostalogia ,Based on the Novel by Michael Ondaatje and Directed by
Anthony Minghella.
Story is a feedback on a romantic memories that led to tragedy. last of the film is a letter from a dead lover that effected me deeply, a letter full of sense and remarkable ideas . here is some part of it:

"We die containing a richness of lovers and tribes, tastes we have swallowed,
bodies we have plunged into and swum up as if rivers of wisdom,
characters we have climbed into as if trees, fears we have hidden in as if caves.
I wish for all this to be marked on my body when I am dead.
I believe in such cartography- to be marked by nature,
not just to label ourselves on a map like the names of rich men and women on buildings.
We are communal histories, communal books. We are not owned or monogamous in our
taste or experience. All I desired was to walk upon such an earth that had no maps"

anyway i have recommended it to all my friends.
